By accessing Jhelum Labs research articles, documentation, source code, and model weights, you agree to these Terms of Service and applicable open-source license agreements.

2. Model Weights & Code License

The W-1.1 model weights, training scripts, and architectural specifications are released under the Apache License, Version 2.0. You may reproduce, distribute, and create derivative works subject to the conditions of the Apache-2.0 license.

3. Research & Experimental Status

W-1.1 is an experimental research model. As documented in our research publications, neural language models can generate inaccurate, incomplete, or biased text. Outputs should not be relied upon for medical, legal, or high-stakes decisions without independent verification.

All materials, publications, code, and weights are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Jhelum Labs or its contributors be liable for any claim or damages arising from the use of the materials.
